Our policy may include a refund though some restrictions apply so please review the terms below. Don’t hesitate to contact us at info@braveone.com . Some products, retreats, courses, etc. are not refundable under any circumstances. However, those products/retreats/courses/etc. will be noted in the respective product description so the purchaser is aware before purchase. In those cases, the Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policies listed below do not apply.
Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel your purchase. All Cancellations will be charged a service fee of 2% of the purchase price. Cancellations within 72 hours of purchase may be exchanged for other product in the BraveOne Store of equal value at no extra cost. Cancellation requests made 72 hours+ after purchase may not receive a partial refund or a substitution. Each circumstance and situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and determined by BraveOne. Please contact us at info@braveone.com with your Order number and request for more information.
Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions to the BraveOne Community require a 30-day notice. For requests for refunds regarding the BraveOne Community, please email info@braveone.com
Return & Refund Policy
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once We receive your, item, We will inspect it and notify you that We have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment.)
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping on Refunds/Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
BraveOne ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

BraveOne is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
BraveOne is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please reach out to us a info@braveone.com and We will make decisions on a case by case basis. A photo of the damage may be required before a decision is made.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
