It’s a great tool to see how life altering trauma events, attachment styles, and trauma-induced shame beliefs may be influencing your life. The Traumaberg© can also be used as an effective interactive tool in therapy offices or recovery groups. Each Traumaberg© is two-sided. One side is an example page for “Sharon’s Untreated Trauma,” reflecting complex layers of betrayal and earlier trauma events. The second side is an “Untreated Relationship Trauma” page. It provides a visual road map toward seeing layers within recovery.
